  • Electrochemistry: Optimization of the reduction of CO2 using Ruthenium and Iridium oxide; the design and installation of Automatic Acid Dilution, chilling, and distribution; Developed high current plate charging and battery charging methodology using chilled water system in jacket water baths, Optimization of cycle time and efficient use of raw materials for all polymer-based products used in lead-acid battery industry;  Developed efficient techniques for recycling of lead and preparation of different kind of lead alloys; Performing environmental audits; analyze different industrial waste and set-up guidance along with procedures to treat them; Setting-up tier 2 testing laboratory and quality control protocol for different types of batteries  
  • Solar Project: Designed and installed a 1.1 MW stand-alone solar power plant for ready–made garments manufacturing unit, developed efficient ways of installing roof-top solar systems.  
  • Real Estate Management:  Developed efficient and innovative building management tools and procedures for managing both residential and commercial tenants; Design of various tools for ensuring safety of the property; Evaluating old/poorly maintained houses, walk through the acquisition process, obtaining the financing support, managing paperwork, obtaining necessary permits, managing renovation and finally the sale of the property
